Francesco Bolici,

PhD, is Assistant Professor of Organization Studies at Dipartimento Impresa e Lavoro, Università degli Studi di Cassino, where he teaches Organization Studies and Organizational Behaviour since a.a. 2003/2004.
He is member of OrgLab - Laboratory for Organization Studies - where he conducts research on open source software, network structures and coordination mechanisms.

He is currently track chair at EURAM 2010 (European Academy of Management) [call for papers] and ICIS 2010 (International Conference on Information Systems) [call for papers].

Visiting Scholar at the School of Information Studies, Syracuse University (NY,USA), conducting collaborative research with the Floss group on open source software development, leaded by Prof. Kevin Crowston [2008-2009].

Visiting Professor at the Department of Management and Information Technology, IESEG School of Management, Lille (France) [since a.a. 2005/2006 to a.a. 2008/2009].

Post-doc fellow at the Business Department of Luiss Guido Carli University, Roma [2006-2007].

Previously Marie Curie Fellow -project financed by European Commission- at the Business Department of Uppsala University (Sweden) [a.a. 2003/2004].  

He is Ph.D. graduate in Management of Information Systems of the Luiss Guido Carli University, Roma.

Research interests: coordination mechanisms in complex systems, sustainability of innovative IPR mechanisms (focused on “open source” domain), intangible assets’ network structure; influence on organization, impact of ICT on private and public companies, knowledge and capability management in organizations, cooperative dynamics among SMEs.
